I am in some level of pain and discomfort every day due to my on-going recovery from Lyme disease. It has forced me to engage in my own healer and find effective ways to heal. I get discouraged, but I also then get to find surprising encouragement and enlightenment along the way.
I feel called to be a healer. I felt at an early age people’s pain and hurt and I wanted to encourage them in any way I could. I knew in middle school that I wanted to be a massage therapist. I loved massaging my friends and just had this strong, intuitive sense that I would become a massage therapist
Ashiatsu is one way I can encourage people. I like to make people feel safe, loved, accepted, seen, and heard. The space at El Ref (Capitol Hill studio) is that place to simply BE. A haven in the city. A respite from the crazy busy lives that we lead.
I’m so excited to continue to heal myself and others. There is so much Beauty beyond the busy, crazy, messy lives we live and I will continue to find it and lead people to All that is already there.
