Meg is a certified and licensed massage therapist, specializing in Barefoot Ashiatsu with her own twist. Her ever-evolving massage style is fueled with intentional presence, engaged skill, and interactive communication, leading people to experience the goodness, slow down, and vitality they seek during their mobile massage session.
Meg received her degree in Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2007, her skillful feet paying her way though college via soccer. She then attended and graduated from The Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2009 and then went on to study Barefoot Ashiatsu In 2012.
Meg is devoted to her craft and dedicated (ok, a wee bit obsessed) in finding and sharing the best possible care for herself and her clients to live as vibrantly and energetically as possible. She has recovered from chronic Lyme disease, anorexia, organized religion, and a car accident using alternative and unconventional methods of healing. Meg considers herself a HSP (highly sensitive person), feeling deeply in the world as she finds her strength in her sensitivities.
Meg’s passion is encouraging and enabling people to live their lives and express their giftings more truly and fully through offering bodywork, movement, and awareness-based writing.
Meg has lived in 7 countries and loves traveling around the world learning other ways of being, feeling refreshed in new lands, and taking massage and movement courses to expand her own practices and mobile massage healing offerings. She also enjoys running barefoot in nature, writing, ecstatic dancing, and continually finding ways to feel as Alive as possible!
